The Tender Roots Clinical Development Group is an ongoing professional-development space for practitioners who want to go deeper with Autism-Informed Care.
Twice each month, we’ll explore focused topics, examine clinical interventions and approaches in greater depth, and apply Autism-informed concepts to the questions and challenges that arise in our work.
Each session combines guided learning with consultation, discussion, and applied exploration. Tender Roots provides the structure and professional-development direction, while the experiences, questions, and emerging needs of participants help shape where we go.
This is a space to deepen your understanding of Autism-Informed Care through applied learning, and build confidence putting it into practice.
Details
Members meet twice monthly. The group will run Fall 2026–Spring 2027 and include 17 total sessions. Join anytime.
Meetings are held virtually on Thursdays from 11:00a–12:00p on the dates below.
You don't need to commit to every session. The 17 dates offer opportunities to connect and learn throughout the year, with members encouraged to participate as often as their schedules allow.

Who
The Clinical Development Group is designed for practitioners who:
Work with or support people with Autism including children, adolescents, adults, and/or families
Have an established foundational understanding of Autism, neuro-affirming approaches, or Autism-Informed Care
Want to continue developing their knowledge, clinical thinking, and practical skills
Value thoughtful discussion, reflection, collaboration, and ongoing learning
Foundational understanding may come through the Tender Roots Autism-Informed Care Training Series, other professional training and experience, or meaningful personal/lived experience.
The group is intended for professionals who are ready to move beyond introductory Autism education and engage with the complexities of real-world support.
Membership Structure
$60/month · Standard Membership
Membership provides access to the twice-monthly Clinical Development Group sessions throughout your membership.
$45/month · Access Membership
The Access Membership is available for participants for whom the standard rate would create a financial barrier to participation.
